This Homewood Suites provides great quality and value at a decent price. I definitely recommend this hotel. The Westin Phoenix Downtown. The best hotel in Phoenix.

The location is convenient and the block is safe. Traveling here should be the first choice. The room is large and clean. I like it very much! TownePlace Suites Phoenix North. Me and my daughter we waiting for our apartment to be ready so we stayed here because they had a full kitchen.

The staff is personable and we would stay here again as a first choice. Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Midtown. We booked our hotel during a very busy time because of girls junior nationals hosted in phoenix this year. As a result the hotel was in an overbooked situation for rooms with 2 beds. They were gracious and professional considering the circumstances they were put in by their booking system.

Arlene navigating the front desk finding rooms and making calls and Makayla went up and cleaned rooms for people at 1am because they had no one to clean the rooms. This is something that I felt was wholesome and memorable. If you stay at this hotel than please ask for either arlene or Makayla and they will ensure you have an enjoyable stay!

Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Airport. This is an airport hotel which is dated. The rooms are not especially clean and also, they refused to clean the room for the duration of my stay despite my asking - oddly enough in this hotel you actually have to ask for your room to be cleaned.

The food is something else. Courtyard Phoenix North by Marriott. I have to stay here every three months for business. I like the rooms, I like the bed.

Area is in decline but that is where the business is, so I get it. One minor irritation, the big bottle, in-shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash used by all previous guests The big irritation is their horrible breakfast.

I keep hoping it would get better, but now I know I just have to leave early and find something to eat in the land of constant construction. Not time saving and not business friendly. Definitely not characteristic of the Marriott brand. I stayed in the hotel and I found my car could not be started. I had the hand brake on , so the car could not auto start, so this time I was learning.

Hilton Phoenix Airport. My husband and I have stayed here several times and the reason is the service and staff. This past stay we were greeted by Ryan at the front desk. He gave us information about the shuttle and the restaurant. We dined at the restaurant and our server Leo was awesome.

He would check in on us to make sure we were doing good and always with a smile. The restaurant manager Ashley was going to all the tables talking to the guest. When she stopped to talk to us she recognized us from our previous stay. She even remembered our last vacation and asked about our kids. We were thrilled one that she remembered us and two the vacation we mentioned from a couple of months before.

The Hilton Phoenix Airport Hotel sets the standards high for all other hotels to reach. Looking forward to our next stay there. My daughter and son in law moved back to the US from London. They arrived tired with 9 pieces of luggage!! When we dropped them off at the hotel, Ravin at the front desk was wonderful!

The room was perfect-clean and spacious. Thanks for such a great employee and for making their first night back so special! La Quinta by Wyndham Phoenix Chandler. I thought I would give La Quinta a try again. Fulfilled my request to be on the side not facing the freeway. There was no freeway traffic noise on that side. Linens were clean and unstained. See below. If I hadn't had a reservation, I couldn't have checked in. Their computer network and wifi was down and stayed down for quite awhile.

Also affected Smart TV's. Must use your own accounts to watch most anything eg. Shower tray was not clean when I arrived No meat or eggs. No fresh fruit. Same goes for hearing everything in the hallway. This LQ does not allow late checkout, even for Wyndham members. You MUST book a second night! Was told by desk clerk that all possessions left in room at noon will be removed and confiscated.

There are other nearby hotels in this class that would be a better option. I would recommend this LQ, if you are a budget traveler and you can get a great price.

Or if you are traveling with a pet, this might be a good option. Business Wyndham members paying full price might want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, I would not. It contains customer name cards and my ID cards, I am really very grateful. Thanks to the hotel Show more.

Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Downtown. Good value for money! Great customer service!! I stay here quite often and although Motel 6 can't do much about the area or about some of the guests, I feel that they try to compensate by giving great customer service and helping out however they need to! Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort. Cambria Hotel Phoenix - North Scottsdale. Stayed here a few nights with my girlfriend and we loved it! Very clean and modern hotel. I loved all the techy touches like the numerous USB ports for charging devices, cool accent lighting throughout and even Bluetooth speaker built in to the bathroom mirror!

Very satisfied with the stay. The price is too high, and it feels like a hotel with the highest cost performance. There are a lot of choices to eat next to the location.

The parking lot is large enough to be safe and secure. The most important thing is that the swimming pool is very good. In the evening, I went to swim a bubble pool and recall that the life in the United States was so comfortable. The hotel is in the city center and the location is very good! The equipment is very new, there is a shopping mall behind the hotel, shopping is convenient, there are few Chinese people nearby, the outdoor terrace on the second floor of the breakfast hotel feels very delicious.

I solved it at a nearby Japanese restaurant in the evening, and there is Starbucks near meters. All of this is very good, the only bad thing is that there is no boiled water, but most hotels in the United States do not, especially this place with few Chinese. Due to the nature of the surgery, we booked a room at the Residence Inn on the campus of Mayo Clinic Hospital for a period of 7 days with the possibility of extending as Mayo suggested I stay in the area for a 2-week recovery but could leave early if feeling well enough to make the trip.

We checked into the hotel, brought our luggage in, up to the 6th floor to check out the room. When we checked in at the front desk, we asked about housekeeping, and were informed that the rooms get cleaned once each 7 days and linens are changed.

We can leave our trash cans outside of the door and housekeeping would empty them. If we needed additional towels, we could ask for them. Since we are both Sr's, and my wife is new to Phoenix and is very hesitant to drive, we went shopping to be prepared for a 7 day stay.

We bought groceries and essentials for the recovery. There are no restaurant facilities in the hotel, only a small breakfast area in the morning. Upon returning to the hotel, we found there were no glasses, no cookware, no utensils in the room. My wife went down to the front desk, and they stated they would take care of the issues.

About 2 hours later, a staff member knocked on the door and delivered a new set of cookware, as the hotel sent the staff member to the local Target Store to buy the cookware. We were also provided with glasses and utensils. Up the next morning and checked in at Mayo Hospital at AM for surgery. While I was in the hospital undergoing surgery, my wife was back at the room unpacking our clothes for the next week.

After opening drawers for the clothes, she found past room guests personal belongings. This room was never cleaned and cleared properly. She looked under the bed for any additional past guest items and stated the under bed had probably never been cleaned and was filthy.

Same with the general cleaning of the room. The top of the refrigerator had a vast amount of dust and had not been cleaned for a long time.

She took the past guest personal belongings down to the front desk and advised of the issues of room cleanliness. Mayo nurses rolled me down to the concierge area and called the shuttle to pick me and my wife up.

I was in a wheelchair. The shuttle driver did not know how to work the lift in the shuttle for a wheelchair. The nursing staff at Mayo told the driver this was unacceptable, and the hotel needed to provide a driver who knew how to work the lift properly. The hotel sent over the lady who works the breakfast bar to drive the shuttle. She went back to the hotel, and they sent a lady from the front desk Pam. She was not certain how to Show more. Jay 3. The townhouses and apartments in this area were bought casually at the price of 30, to 40, US dollars in Ctrip is not included in the price. So be very careful when ordering, except for local tyrants. I ordered a self-service restaurant at night, so no tip was given. After signing the order, the bank sent a text message.
